n5201 Terms & Conditions and User Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between all players ("you") who use the n5201 platform ("Service") and its related services, games, payments, and promotions, and n5201 ("we").

By visiting the n5201 website (https://n5201.im), opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not continue using the service.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continuing to use the service after changes are made means you accept them. We encourage you to check this page from time to time.

2.1 Age Restriction

n5201 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account or play. Any account found to have been opened in breach of this agreement will be closed immediately, and any funds, bonuses, or winnings in that account will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account at n5201 at any time. If we suspect that multiple accounts share the same IP address, bank account, phone number, or ID, we will investigate those accounts and may suspend them if necessary.

2.3 Accurate Information

Only accurate and complete personal information must be provided when registering an account. Any account opened with incorrect or someone else's personal information will be closed immediately, and funds in that account will not be refunded.

2.4 Account Security

Your login details and password must be kept secure. Sharing them with anyone is a violation of these terms. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from someone accessing your account without you notifying us first.

2.5 Account Verification

We may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) check when a player requests a withdrawal, or at any time we consider it necessary. An ID card, bank statement, or other documents may be submitted for this verification.

3.1 Deposits

Payment methods accepted at n5201 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. We are not responsible for deposits made through any method other than these.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 10–45 minutes of the request being made. Full KYC verification must be completed at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.1 First Welcome Bonus

n5201 offers a 100% welcome bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

If the deposit amount is 220,000 Ks, the bonus received is 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement; withdrawals are only available once that requirement is met.
• Each bonus is limited to one account per player and per IP address.
• Bonuses will be credited at the same time as the deposit, and may expire if not used within the specified period from the time of crediting.
• Please note that if a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus amount may be forfeited.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms; read them carefully.

4.3 Referral Reward

You can refer friends to n5201 and receive 5% of their first deposit as a reward (maximum 10,000 Ks per person). In addition, you will receive 0.1% of your referred players' valid wagers as commission, paid out once a week. To receive this reward, the referrer must have an active account, and the referred player must deposit and play at n5201.

5.1 Prohibited Play Methods

The use of software assistance, bots, hacking tools, automated scanning systems, or any form of fraudulent method is not allowed. If such a violation is found on a player's account, we will close the account immediately without prior notice and confiscate any funds held in it.

5.2 Collusion

Players colluding with one another in live casino, Sic Bo, and card games is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is found, the relevant accounts will be closed and winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Game Responsibility

If a technical issue occurs during a game and it stops before play is complete, we do not guarantee that the wagered amount for that period will be refunded; each case will be handled individually.

5.4 Random Number Generator (RNG)

n5201 declares that its games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), making it impossible to predict or manipulate game outcomes in advance. We are committed to fair play.

n5201 has 4 VIP levels. Players can move up from one level to the next based on their playing history and betting activity.

Cashback is credited directly to your account once a week with no wagering requirement, so you can withdraw it straight away. However, if we detect any abuse — such as attempting to exploit cashback by switching accounts or other dishonest methods — we reserve the right to investigate and revoke the cashback.

7.1 Platform Downtime

We may temporarily suspend the service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. n5201 is not responsible for any missed games, bonuses, or offers during such periods.

7.2 Loss Liability

Any financial losses a player incurs while playing are solely the result of the outcome between the player and the game, and n5201 accepts no responsibility for them. It is understood that the player acknowledges they are playing of their own free will.

7.3 Internet Connection

Any game disruptions caused by an internet connection failure during play are the player's own responsibility and do not fall under n5201's liability.

Player data will be used only for purposes necessary to deliver our services and will not be sold or shared with third parties without the player's prior consent (except where required by law).

Under the following circumstances, n5201 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a player's account without prior notice—

• Breaching these terms and conditions
• Cheating with the help of hacking tools, bots, or software
• Attempting to claim bonuses through dishonest means
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent financial transactions
• Submitting false documents for KYC verification
• A player found to be under the age of 21
